2. A great time to do this is during the pre-job brief. When roles are clearly defined and documented, linemen can reference the documentation as needed, leaving no room for assumptions about who is responsible for what. This practice promotes a sense of ownership and empowers team members to perform their tasks confidently and efficiently.

3. Cultivating Clear Roles - Workshop Approach: Regular role workshops are a proactive way to ensure everyone is on the same page regarding roles, expectations, and team dynamics.
